Women&Tech ETS® on November 9 and 10 participates in Elle Active, the major Elle forum on work and women empowerment, scheduled at the Catholic University of Milan and online, with the theme of this edition being precisely the Alliance.
Women&Tech ETS® will be featured on Sunday, November 10 at 11:15 AM in a masterclass on the theme of generational alliance, aimed at creating a dialogue that overcomes age barriers, promoting a sharing of skills and perspectives between young and senior participants.
The meeting will feature the participation of Eliana Baruffi, Country Communications Manager, ABB Italy and Communications Manager, Electrification Business Area, ABB Italy, Valentina Bresciani, Recruiting Manager Smart Infrastructure, Siemens S.p.A., Veronica Pace, Head of Marketing Trend Micro Italy, Chiara Monti, Graduate program engineer at Stadler Signalling AG, Carla Secchi, Master's student in Bioengineering, UniPV, Greta Visintin, Post Doc at the Italian Institute of Technology.
The participants, drawing from their professional experiences, will emphasize the importance of generational diversity in sectors such as cybersecurity, scientific research, human resources, and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on promoting women in STEAM disciplines. Additionally, corporate initiatives aimed at fostering inclusion will be presented, and concrete actions to be taken will be identified to create an ecosystem where each generation can bring its unique contribution, promoting the personal and professional growth of all.
The members of Women&Tech® ETS will also be the protagonists of the mentoring sessions scheduled for Saturday, November 9 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, aimed at young girls for an exchange of knowledge, experiences, and advice, with the participation of 15 members.
