Curriculum

Anna Gregorio, graduated in Physics (University of Trieste, 1992), with a PhD in Physics (Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa, 1995) and a Master's in "Space Systems Engineering" (Delft University, NL 2002), is an associate professor of Physics at the University of Trieste.

Over the past ten years, he has coordinated the groups operating on the instruments aboard the Euclid and Planck missions of the European Space Agency. His h-index is 54, and he is the author and co-author of 306 articles. Currently, his main teaching activity is related to the course "Laboratory of Astrophysics for Space".

He is the representative of the University on the Board of Directors of CIFS (Interuniversity Consortium for Space Physics); member of the scientific committee of Collegio Fonda; expert evaluator for the European Commission; "invited member" of the study group dedicated to small scientific satellites of COSPAR (Committee On SPAce Research).

In the parallel life, more bold and daring, she is the legal representative of PICOSATS, a spin-off company of the University, operating in the field of small satellites. A convinced sailor, passionate skier, new cyclist, and traveler... but far from tourist destinations. In April 2020, she was named by Forbes Italia among the "100 successful Italian women".
