Women Empowerment Program was created by Senior Managers from Italian and multinational companies as a pragmatic and concrete mentoring program. We want to support young women with high potential during important or critical moments in their careers. We will do this by sharing our experiences as successful managers who have faced similar challenges in their professional lives. Our contribution will provide them with confidence, along with some practical advice and the reassurance that they are not alone.
Women&Technologies supports WEP because it is an “innovative workplace” by Women for Women, where female leadership practices can be developed and strengthened. As bearers of a holistic vision, Women can provide an extraordinary contribution in businesses, research, public administration, and civil society, at a historical moment when the value of competence is a driving force for the future. Not only to reach top positions, but to grow and enhance skills and ensure work and well-being for women.
WEP is therefore the concrete expression of our commitment to support Women who are still considered a “vulnerable group” in our country. Dedicating our time and skills today takes on a meaning of responsibility for the future.
