Sara Spallazzo

Sara is a mother of three boys, an engineer, a professional coach, a competitive athlete, and the head of the Digital Banking, Central Institution, and ATM team for the Operations department at Nexi. She has been working in the payments sector for 20 years and has spent the last fifteen leading teams in direct contact with clients.

Initially in the international field and later also in the Italian context, she has always been responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's clients, overseeing a distributed team. In this way, she has gained extensive experience in managing remote teams, a particular sensitivity in understanding the needs of clients and collaborators, and a strong aptitude for managing variety, never forgetting to balance everything with her large family.

Sara strongly believes in teamwork and in the responsibility of a manager for the professional growth of their people. This belief has driven her to become a Professional Coach and to be actively involved in internal and external mentorship and training initiatives within the company.
