Pieranna D’Alberti is a Computer Science teacher at the “E. Torricelli” Higher Education Institute in Milan, where for over twenty-five years she has been passionately dedicated to student education, combining solid technical skills with an educational vision focused on the critical and conscious development of new generations.

Graduated in Information Science from the University of Milan, she began her career in the private sector, working with Didael (now DKTS) on innovative projects for institutional clients. This experience allowed her to acquire both transversal and specialized skills in technological and design fields. She is co-author of academic publications and has presented her studies on hypertexts and multimedia at prominent international venues, including the ACM conference on Hypertext.

Within the Torricelli Institute, he is also responsible for Orientation and Placement activities, a role he carries out with an innovative approach, transforming orientation into a true ecosystem of opportunities. Thanks to collaboration with institutions such as Municipality 5 of Milan and other local entities, he guides students through a continuous journey of discovery, supporting them in post-graduation choices with practical tools, accurate information, and connections to the world of work and higher education.

Her technical skills include Object-Oriented application development, web engineering, and design and management of relational databases. She is a certified examiner for major ICT certifications (Cisco CCNA, ICDL, EUCIP IT Administrator), with validated expertise in key areas such as system administration, cybersecurity, and network management.

Outside the classroom, Pieranna is also a master athlete in swimming, diving, and freediving, a member of the Italian cold water swimming team (IISA Italy): a passion that reflects the same determination, precision, and spirit of challenge that she brings to her profession.
