Graduated in 2018 in Biomedical Engineering in Rome with top honors (110 cum laude), I began my professional journey with a research experience abroad on machine learning applied to biomedical images, thus developing an approach that is both analytical and problem-solving oriented, as well as creative and innovative.
Subsequently, I worked for several years at UL (an American safety and certification organization) as a Project Engineer, where I gained in-depth knowledge of regulations and standards for testing and certifying electronic boards, also gaining experience in mentoring new colleagues.
Since 2023, I have held the position of Certifications and Quality Manager in the Electrification division of ABB in Milan. I am responsible for product certification and the management of the quality system of the testing laboratory, collaborating with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders. I have completed a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt course, which provided me with practical tools for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Engaging with different professionals is a key element for me to generate effective and innovative solutions. I believe in the value of the cross-pollination of perspectives and in the contribution that each different background can offer to solving complex problems. This desire to explore and learn has always been my driving force at work. I have learned that decisions can develop and change over time, and that the people met along the way with their experience are the true added value.
Outside of work, I am a dynamic and energetic person. I play beach volleyball, love logic and math games, and have a strong passion for animals. In my free time, I dedicate myself to traveling and discovering new places and cultures.
