Giulia Baldi

I am an Italian lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. Currently, I am Group General Counsel at Mediterra Datacenters, a datacenter business backed by a fund managed by DWS Infrastructure, focusing on M&A, legal and regulatory matters. In my previous role as Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services, I developed specific expertise in relation to technology regulation and agreements, privacy, and banking regulation on IT outsourcing.

Before that, I was Counsel at Chiomenti law firm, advising Italian and international companies, funds, and financial institutions on M&A and finance deals, commercial agreements, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.

I am part of several Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, with the aim of contributing to initiatives about women’s career progression towards management. I have been playing tennis for many years. Now I have two daughters, but I never miss a chance to play in my free time!
