Federica Pizzini

I am a curious woman, with a sincere heart. My eclectic nature has driven me to travel extensively, to undertake journeys, and to take photographs. I believe in the power of connections, even though I am not a social media addict. In both my personal and professional life, I always try to look beyond, like giraffes, which I have been collecting for years. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, I joined the HR family of large companies. A family I believe in and where there is much to be done, especially in today’s world full of stimuli and generations. Throughout my long professional journey, I have taken on increasing responsibilities and acquired specific skills useful to the profession: a postgraduate master’s degree in psychology, a master’s in business coaching, and many specialized courses in personnel evaluation.

Since 2008 in the Unipol Group and in 2024, as an HR manager, I take on the challenge of creating the new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion structure of the Unipol Group, which includes Welfare initiatives.
