Passionate about technology and financial services, I have been working at Banca Generali since May 2025 within the IT Governance and Service Management structure, where I am responsible for IT Service Management. Together with my team, we ensure the quality and continuity of IT services, handling reports of technological malfunctions, providing timely support to users, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives in line with business needs.
Before joining Banca Generali, I worked for five years at PwC, always in the financial services sector, managing complex projects on core banking systems for the foreign banks of one of the main Italian banking groups. In that context, I was able to build a solid background in service management, project management, and test management, developing cross-functional skills and a strong collaborative attitude.
Graduated in Biomedical Engineering, I bring from that experience an analytical approach that is also people-oriented. I am passionate about dynamic environments, where I can contribute to creating value through concrete solutions and effective relationships. I strongly believe in the power of conscious choices, and it is no coincidence that my favorite motto is:
