Anna is an Italian manager and consultant with over 20 years of experience in human resources, organization, and strategic consulting. She is currently President and co-founder of Jointly – Shared Welfare, a B-Corp specialized in corporate wellbeing that develops innovative solutions to improve wellbeing within organizations, recently becoming Marsh Jointly after being acquired by the Marsh group on November 21, 2025.
