We want to support young women with high potential through sharing our experiences as successful managers.
Women Empowerment Program is born from Senior Manager women of Italian and multinational companies, as a pragmatic and concrete mentoring program.
We want to support young women with high potential, in important or critical moments of their careers. We will do this through sharing our experiences as successful managers, who have faced similar challenges in their professional lives. Our contribution will give them confidence, along with some practical advice and the reassurance of not being alone.
