Women&Tech® ETS is excited to announce the opening of registrations for the 8th edition of Siemens Digital Academy, a unique opportunity for women graduates in STEM fields to immerse themselves in the world of work with an engaging and innovative approach.
This program – created by Siemens, a long-time partner of Women&Tech® ETS – aims to have 50% female talent among the participants. It is an immersive course open to final-year students and recent graduates in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Transport/Mobility, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Energy, and Electronics.
The launch event, which will take place on February 26, will be entirely online and will feature a selection process based on gamification. The top 100 selected profiles will participate in a game-based assessment, receiving a detailed report of their soft skills. From there, 30 talents will be chosen to take part in the program.

From April to May 2025, these 30 talents will explore the themes of digital transformation and new technological trends through online modules and business project work, working in virtual teams on real business cases presented by Siemens professionals. They will develop new skills in the areas of Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, and Mobility.
Siemens Digital Academy not only values talents but also promotes inclusion and diversity. It is a program conducted entirely online and accessible from anywhere, also usable by people with disabilities.
