ENERGY: Generation and Generations Compared

The initiative addresses the theme of energy as an evolutionary thread connecting personal and professional dimensions, exploring its transformative role through the COACH_ING model. An approach aimed at stimulating awareness, enhancing skills, and promoting an innovative vision of the relationship between life, work, and growth.

The event is aimed at young people, secondary school students, and professionals, with the goal of promoting dialogue between generations on how to communicate, collaborate, and innovate, making energy a catalyst for transformation. The key dimensions of the DIRECT-ING tool (communication, relationship, teamwork, goal, and project) will be applied in the professional context.
