IMCD Italy, in collaboration with Women&Tech® ETS and BPRESS, promote the event A Female-Led Enterprise, an opportunity for discussion dedicated to inclusive innovation, transversal skills, and the role of women in scientific and technological fields.

The meeting will explore how the combination of humanities and scientific skills, the development of soft skills, and the adoption of new work models can promote cultural change and greater female participation in STEM professions.
