Svolge attività di ricerca presso l’Osservatorio proprietà intellettuale concorrenza e telecomunicazioni, LUISS – CERADI. Tiene periodicamente corsi di diritto d’autore e di diritto industriale post universitari per diversi organismi ed Università pubbliche e private.

She is a founding member of Studio Dike Legal, was been a Senior Associate at the Allen & Overy and Bird & Bird international law firms for several years, as well as the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager of two of the most well known telecommunication operators in Italy and abroad. She advises Clients in the fields of Entertainment, Luxury, Communication and Media, IT and Privacy.
She manages the institutional relationships of her Clients with different competent Authorities or Institutions. She has collaborated with a well known Law Firm specialised in corporate law assisting major companies with extraordinary corporate transactions.
Currently, she is undertaking research at the Intellectual Property, Competition and Telecommunication Observatory, LUISS - CERADI. She regularly teaches post-graduate copyright and industrial law for different bodies as well as public and private universities.
She is the author of several publications in the copyright, e-commerce, trademark and privacy areas. She is member of several sector organisations: AIPPI, ALL, IAEL, Fondazione Bellisario.
