Lara Carrese è attualmente HR Director del Gruppo Econocom in Italia. In precedenza è stata Group Human Resources and Organization Director di Prelios, pilotandone con successo il radicale cambiamento culturale ed il riposizionamento del Brand nel mercato del lavoro. 
Da oltre 20 anni opera nella funzione Risorse Umane a livello sia Locale che Internazionale: Global Human Resources Director di DeAgostini Publishing, dove ha guidato e monitorato tutte le attività di HR Management, Change Management, Start Up e Right-sizing in Europa, Russia e Giappone
In precedenza, Corporate Recruitment and Development Manager presso Tenaris, basata in Canada per alcuni anni e successivamente in US, Latin America ed Europa, facendo lo start up della Funzione e con particolare focus su Employment Branding e su Change Management. 
Ha iniziato la sua carriera in HR con Siemens e, successivamente, con Deloitte Consulting 
Per alcuni anni Adjunct Professor presso la Business School di Profingest e presso IED.
E’ Vice Presidente di Aidp Lombardia con deleghe su Welfare e CSR, attraverso le quali contribuisce attivamente al dibattito sulla gestione moderna ed innovativa del Personale e sul BenEssere in Azienda.
Laureata in Giurisprudenza presso la Cattolica di Milano con uno Short MBA presso la Stanford University. Parla cinque lingue.
 

 
Currently HR Director at Gruppo Econocom Italia. Previously Group HR and Organization Director at Prelios, successfully driving the Cultural Turnaround and repositioning of The Company in the job market. 
She has developed an experience for over 20 years working in Human Resources, both locally as well as internationally: Global Human Resources Director for DeAgostini Publishing, where she has been in charge of HR Management at its full explosion, inclusive Change Management, Start Up and Right Sizing projects in Europe, Russia and Japan 
Prior to that, Corporate Recruitment and Development Manager with Tenaris, based in Canada for a few years and then in US, Latin America and Europe, starting up the Function itself with a main focus over Employment Branding and Change Management
She begun her HR Career Path with Siemens and then with Deloitte Consulting 
She has been serving for a few years as Adjunct Professor for the Profingest Business School as well as for IED
She is currently Vice President for AIDP Lombardia with a main focus over Welfare and Corporate Social Responsibility and she’s active in the debate around whatever has to do with innovative and “state of the art” People Management
She’s a Lawyer, graduated from the University “Cattolica of Milano”, and she’s got a Short MBA from Stanford University CA. She can communicate in five languages.
