Laureata in economia e commercio, Francesca ha una formazione internazionale. Dopo aver conseguito 2 master che le hanno fornito una specializzazione manageriale, la sua carriera professionale si è sviluppata, proprio nella fase di consolidamento sul mercato italiano, nell'ambito degli intermediari professionali per la ricerca di personale. Arrivata in Michael Page nel 1999, dal 2000 al 2004 è stata direttore della Divisione Ingegneri del Gruppo. Nel 2005, a meno di 35 anni, è entrata nel board esecutivo di Page Personnel con l’incarico di Direttore Generale e – nel 2010 – è diventata CEO di Page Personnel.
Nel 2014 è stata eletta – prima ed unica donna a ricoprire questa carica – vice presidente di Assolavoro, l'Associazione Nazionale di Categoria delle Agenzie per il Lavoro (ApL). Nel 2015, inoltre, è stata inserita - unica italiana - nella classifica mondiale The Power 100 che raccoglie le donne che, grazie al loro operato, hanno cambiato il mercato del lavoro.
Nel 2016, terminata l'avventura con Page Personnel, ha fondato - insieme ad altri soci che, come lei, hanno maturato oltre 20 anni di esperienza nel mondo HR - EasyHunters, una società di selezione che, grazie al digital, punta a rivoluzionare il mercato delle risorse umane.
Nel 2019 si è trasferita negli Stati Uniti a Philadelphia . Nel 2020 è diventata coach ACC ICF e a settembre 2021 ha conseguito il titolo di Integrative Nutrition Health Coach presso l’ Institute for Integrative Nutrition -New York . Da Novembre 2021 ha iniziato a collaborare con Frank Recruitment Group -gruppo specializzato unicamente nella selezione di profili Information Technology Cloud come Senior Vice President e Location Leader per Philadelphia .
Francesca, who holds a degree in economics and commerce, has an international background. After obtaining two master's degrees that provided her with managerial specialization, her professional career developed during the consolidation phase in the Italian market, in the field of professional intermediaries for recruitment. She joined Michael Page in 1999 and became director of the Engineers Division from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, at less than 35 years old, she joined the executive board of Page Personnel as General Manager and in 2010, became the CEO of Page Personnel.
In 2014, she was elected the first and only woman to hold the position of Vice President of Assolavoro, the National Association of Category of Employment Agencies (ApL). In 2015, she was also the only Italian included in The Power 100 global ranking, which recognizes women who have changed the job market through their work.
In 2016, after finishing her journey with Page Personnel, she founded EasyHunters, a selection company that aims to revolutionize the human resources market through digital means, along with other partners who have more than 20 years of experience in the HR world.
In 2019, she moved to Philadelphia in the United States. In 2020, she became an ACC ICF coach, and in September 2021, she obtained the title of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Since November 2021, she has been collaborating with Frank Recruitment Group, a group specialized in recruiting only Information Technology Cloud profiles, as Senior Vice President and Location Leader for Philadelphia.
