Donatella Isaia è Group Chief People and Culture Officer del Gruppo TeamSystem da gennaio 2021. In questo ruolo contribuisce attivamente alla strategia di business, garantendo che le persone, la nostra risorsa chiave, siano pienamente ingaggiate e messe in condizione di performare al meglio, definisce e realizza le politiche di acquisizione, gestione e crescita dei talenti, nonchè la trasformazione culturale e digitale dell’azienda, anche attraverso la comunicazione.
Dopo una Laurea in Scienze dell’Educazione, Donatella ha realizzato un percorso di crescita nelle Risorse Umane grazie a contesti internazionali quali il Comitato Organizzatore dei XX Giochi Olimpici Invernali Torino 2006, consolidando poi per tredici anni la sua esperienza nel Gruppo Vodafone dove ha ricoperto ruoli di crescente responsabilità in Italia e all’estero fino a diventare il Direttore Risorse Umane e Organizzazione per l’Italia.
Attualmente Donatella ricopre anche il ruolo di Board Member in AVIO S.p.a.
Donatella Isaia has been Group Chief People and Culture Officer of the TeamSystem Group since January 2021. In this role, she actively contributes to the business strategy, ensuring that people, our essential resource, are fully engaged and empowered to perform at their best. She defines and implements talent acquisition, management and growth policies, as well as the cultural and digital transformation of the company, also through communication.
After a degree in Education Sciences, Donatella realised a path of career growth in Human Resources thanks to international contexts such as the Organising Committee of the XX Olympic Winter Games Turin 2006, then consolidating her experience for thirteen years in Vodafone Group, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad until becoming Human Resources and Organisation Director for the Italian market.
Donatella currently also holds the position of Board Member in AVIO S.p.a.
