Cristina joined Market Research industry in 1994 and started to built up her Brand&Comm experience in leading schools (Ipsos / Explorer and Millward Brown).
She joined Kantar TNS in 2006, as Head  of Finance Industry, and she led the department from 2008 to 2012 with excellent results in terms of business development, gaining an in-depth experience in customer experience, reputation and employee engagement 
In 2013 she was appointed Customer Experience Practice Lead for Kantar TNS Italy and in September 2016, she became Chief Growth Officer.
Cristina is currently responsible for delivering value and impact through the application of Kantar area of expertise-led offer. She leads the Advisory & Sustainable Transformation Practice.
