Catherine Ladousse

Comincia la sua carriera nell’Associazione delle Università Francofone, prima di entrare nel settore Comunicazione della banca Credit Agricole a Parigi, poi al Cairo. Nel 1991 diventa Direttore della Comunicazione e della Customer Satisfaction di American Express in Francia. Entra in IBM nel 1995, prima come Capo delle Media Relations della divisione PC in EMEA (Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa), poi come Direttore della Comunicazione di IBM France. Entra in Lenovo EMEA nel 2005 come Executive Director della Comunicazione. In questo ruolo contribuisce attivamente alla creazione, nel 2007, del programma globale dedicato alla diversity “WILL - Women In Lenovo Leadership”. Dall’aprile 2012 guida tutte le iniziative di Corporate and Executive Communications, Eventi e Diversity di Lenovo in EMEA.  È inoltre Cofondatrice e Presidente del network francese delle donne “Cercle InterElles” (una rete che raggruppa donne che lavorano nei settori della scienza e della tecnologia in aziende attivamente impegnate a promuovere la gender diversity e le carriere tecniche” al femminile”: IBM, Intel, Lenovo; Air Liquide, Assystem, Orange,  GE, Schlumberger, Areva, CEA, Nexter  www.interelles.com/).

Catherine Ladousse began her career with the Association of Francophone Universities before joining the Communications department of Credit Agricole in Paris, then in Cairo. In 1991, she became Communications Director & Customer Satisfaction at American Express Bank France. She joined IBM in 1995, first as Head of Media for EMEA PC division, then as Communication Director for IBM France. She joined Lenovo EMEA in 2005 as Executive Director of Communications. She contributed to the creation of the global diversity program “Women In Lenovo Leadership” in 2007. Since April 2012, she has been leading Corporate and Executive Communications, Events and Diversity Initiatives in Lenovo EMEA. She is confounder and President of the French women’s network: Cercle InterElles. She contributed to lauch a Global Executive Program dedicated to accelerate development of Le! novo's high-potential women leaders. In particular she helps young women working for Lenovo in Europe to extend leadership experience, to accelerate individual, team and business results.
