Sono nata a Bologna, dove mi sono laureata in Economia e Commercio. Sono Dottore Commercialista e Revisore legale, e titolare di uno Studio professionale con sede a Bologna e Milano. Mi sono occupata di restructuring e turnaround aziendale, sia come Organo di procedure Giudiziali, sia come Advisor.
Dal 2018 dirigo come CEO Doorway, startup Fintech da me fondata insieme ad altri Business Angels, con lo scopo di innovare l’industria della raccolta di capitali di rischio destinata a Start up e PMI, che nel novembre 2018 ottiene da Consob l’autorizzazione ad operare.
Sono Angel Investor socia di Italian Angels for Growth (IAG), di Angels4Women (A4w), che ho co-fondato, di Angels4Impact e del Club degli Investitori che nel 2021 mi ha insignito del premio “Business Angel dell’anno”.
I was born in Bologna, where I graduated in Economics and Commerce. I am a Chartered Accountant and Auditor, and owner of a professional firm based in Bologna and Milan. I have been involved in corporate restructuring and turnaround, both as Body of Judicial Proceedings and as Advisor.
Since 2018, I have been leading as CEO Doorway, a Venture Investing startup founded by me and other Business Angels, with the aim of innovating the venture capital raising industry aimed at Start-ups and SMEs, which in November 2018 obtained from Consob the authorization to operate.
I am an angel investor member of Italian Angels for Growth (IAG), of Angels4Women (A4w), which I co-founded, of Angels4Impact and of the Investors Club, which in 2021 awarded me the “Business Angel of the Year” prize.
