Coordinator of the Women Network of the Association of Lithuanian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts. She is a leading pioneer in the health reform in Lithuania, having created a private medicine practice model and a business model that has been evaluated on a national scale and has been awarded the EU Quality Prize of the Leonardo da Vinci programme. In her report she will be tackling the limitations and examining the obstacles deriving from a protectionist economic system, and analysing the ways to eliminate the causes of this phenomenon.
