Antonia è socia dello studio Portolano Cavallo dal 1° gennaio 2012. Prima di iniziare a collaborare con lo studio nel 2008, Antonia ha lavorato a Londra ed a Milano presso Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners, assistendo clienti italiani e stranieri in operazioni riguardanti i settori Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, societario e contrattuale. Antonia è spesso relatrice a convegni e seminari su aspetti legali di operazioni straordinarie e su contratti. È autrice di diversi articoli in materia di M&A e corporate finance pubblicati su diverse newsletter e riviste di settore. Ha conseguito la laurea in giurisprudenza cum laude nel 1994 presso la LUISS Guido Carli di Roma. Nel 1996 ha frequentato un corso di specializzazione post-laurea in “Giurista internazionale d’Impresa” presso la School of Management della LUISS Guido Carli di Roma. Nel 2000 ha conseguito il Master of Laws presso la Temple University di Philadelphia. È Vice Presidente della European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA), membro della International Bar Association (IBA), della Professional Women Association (PWA), dell’European Professional Women’s Network (EPWN) e dell'associazione italiana Donne e Tecnologie.


Antonia is a partner of Portolano Cavallo Law Firm since January 1, 2012. Before joining Portolano Cavallo in 2008, she worked at Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners in London and Milan, assisting Italian and foreign clients mostly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity operations and joint venture agreements. She has more than 15 years of experience on those matters. In the recent years she also developed a strong expertise with respect to venture capital transactions and startups, mainly in the digital and IT sectors. Antonia is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, venture capital investments and startups. Antonia has authored various articles on the above subject matters, which have appeared in a number of newsletters and online magazines.  Antonia graduated cum laude from the LUISS Guido Carli School of Law in Rome in 1994, and in 1996 she completed a postgraduate specialization course in international business law at the LUISS Business School. She received a master of laws (LLM) from Temple University, Philadelphia in 2000. She is a Vice-President of the European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA), member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Professional Women’s Association in Milan (PWA), the European Professional Women’s Network (EPWN) and the Italian association Women&Tecnologies.
