Con un solido background professionale, competenze tecnologiche e una profonda comprensione dell’industria della moda e del tessile, aiuto le aziende a vincere le sfide della digital transformation. Ho una profonda conoscenza di tutti i processi dell’industria della moda - dall’ideazione dei prodotti fino alla vendita, dall’integrazione di filiera all’automazione dei magazzini e alla tracciabilità dei prodotti - e delle tecnologie abilitanti per la transizione delle organizzazioni ad un modello di Industria 4.0.
Nata e cresciuta vicino a Bucarest, arrivata giovanissima in Italia, per più di 10 anni, come IT Sales Engineer, mi sono dedicata alla vendita di soluzioni ad alto contenuto tecnologico specifici per la Fashion Industry.
Nel 2010 ho fondato Trend Technology srl e qualche anno dopo ho fatto un’esperienza negli USA dove ho fondato la mia start-up per il mio bisogno di respirare innovazione e di conoscere meglio il mondo della moda, del software e della tecnologia.
E’ nata così Focalize Platform, la piattaforma di produttività e collaborazione nativa in cloud, modulare e distribuita in SaaS per farsi che la tecnologia diventi accessibile a tutte le aziende per i costi, per usabilità e facilità di apprendimento.
Sono sempre alla ricerca del nuovo e per questo ho dato vita ad un progetto di Innovation eXperience e co – design che coinvolge un team inter-disciplinare (STEAM) di studenti del Collegio Universitario Don Mazza di Padova e clienti per creare un ecosistema di nicchia sostenibile perché credo nel valore di un’economia circolare e per questo vorrei facilitare la transizione verde nel mondo della moda.
Determinata, curiosa, empatica e con una forte attitudine al problem solving, mi definisco “unconventional” e con la voglia di rompere gli schemi. Lo penso da sempre ed oggi cerco di trasmetterlo anche a mia figlia adolescente e studentessa STEM.

With a solid professional background, technological skills and a deep understanding of the fashion and textile industry, I help companies overcome the challenges of digital transformation.
I have a thorough knowledge of all the processes of the fashion industry - from product ideation to sale, from the supply chain integration to warehouse automation and product traceability – and the technologies required to enable organizations to transition to an Industry 4.0 model.
Born and raised near Bucharest, I arrived in Italy when I was very young and for more than 10 years I worked as an IT Sales Engineer, responsible for the sale of high-tech solutions specific to the Fashion Industry.
In 2010 I founded Trend Technology srl and a few years later, during a work experience in the USA, I founded my start-up for my need to breathe innovation.
Thus Focalize Platform was born, the cloud-native productivity and collaboration platform, modular and distributed in SaaS to ensure that technology becomes accessible to all companies in terms of costs, usability and ease of learning.
I’m always looking for new experiences and for this reason I started an Innovation eXperience and co - design project that involves an inter - disciplinary team (STEAM) of students from the Don Mazza University College of Padua and my clients to create a sustainable niche ecosystem.
So I would like to facilitate the green transition in the world of fashion because I believe in the value of a circular economy.
Determined, curious, empathetic and with a strong aptitude for problem solving, I’d like to define myself as "unconventional" and with the desire to break the mold. I've always thought in this way and now I'm also trying to transmit this attitude to my teenage, STEM student daughter.
