Born in Genoa 36 years ago, she lived in Africa for 3 years as a child. She obtained a degree (cum laude) in Business from the University of Genoa and moved to Milan 9 years ago to join VVA – Valdani Vicari & Associati, an Italian management consulting firm.
She has been President of the Board of the Professional Women’s Association (Milan) since January 2008. The association promotes women’s professional growth and aims to offer them opportunities to widen their networks and reflect on their main strengths and weaknesses, acquiring or improving their soft and hard skills.
She has been a Project Manager for several years and has worked in a wide range of sectors and companies during her time at VVA. The need to rapidly develop a deep understanding of a client company’s competitive positioning, identifying effective responses to their needs and problems, is the constant factor in consulting activity.
She played a fundamental role in the creation and development of the VVA Fashion Unit and is now focused on the oversight and development of the Due Diligence and Food Business Area.
