Patrizia Galeazzo has a degree in Modern Literature, with a specialist focus on Organisational Psycho-sociology.
She is currently the Director of the IULM University Foundation and of the IULM School of Communication in Milan.
She previously managed the Communication and technological innovation Office of the Education Ministry’s current Directorate General for Lombardy.
She contributed to the creation of communication structures within the Education Ministry’s decentralised Administration, paying particular attention to inter-institutional relations. She created the coordination mechanism for the Public Relations Offices of Lombardy’s Education Agencies.
She contributed to the development of innovative technologies in educational contexts as head of the Public Education Ministry’s Development of education technologies Programme (1997-2000).
She coordinated the Respublica.com listing and is part of the editorial until of the Italian public communication magazine.
As a teacher, she taught literature and Latin in public high schools until 1994 (the year from which she began to deal with the organisational aspects of education). She taught courses and held seminars in Public Communication Theory and Techniques at IULM University (Milan), covering the public utility of interactive technologies, particularly in the education sector. She was also the educational coordinator of two Master’s courses: Management and Social Communication and Management of external relations and Communication in Public Administration and Public Utility Services.
