With a degree in Education from the University of Bologna, Maria Famiglietti has over 40 years’ teaching experience. She has collaborated with the Province of Bologna, and Education Agencies all over Italy, managing and teaching refresher courses since 1965. She was also an executive member of the ANIAT (National Association of Teachers in Technological Fields) between 1968 and 2005. She has participated in countless conferences and seminars, whether organised by the Ministry for Public Education or by single schools. She was also, from 1993 to 2007, a formative teacher in Argentina, organising courses for teachers in technological disciplines in various provinces and universities. She has written over 80 books on education and methodology and received, from the Head of State, the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic for the quality of her research in the methodological field.
